Apron “Ingrid the Hearthkeeper”
Viking's age apron with exclusive trim
An apron is a recognizable and well-known part of Viking's costume. Our design is based on Hedeby harbour designs reconstruction and illustrations by Shelagh Lewins. We modified the original pattern making it a little bit more complicated to make a skirt wider and provide better fit.
Apron is decorated with two types of trim specially designed for this costume. It has trim-decorated back slit and 2 shoulder straps allowing size-adjustment.
Please note, that fibulas are not included but available in store.
All these details and accents will make your character expressive and unique and will make you feel a dozen centuries younger.

As usual, delighted with my purchase. The dress is super comfortable and flattering, very versatile too and great to layer with other items so it’s almost fine to wear every day! I found that it was a bit too lose when I followed the size table and wished I’d asked for Armstreet’s lovely advisers what size would fit me best, but they were very helpful and we arranged an exchange. I’m very tempted to get it in other colours and maybe in a different fabric as, as much as I find linen light and comfortable, I personally hate how creased it gets, but that’s personal. :)
I have never been disappointed by an Armstreet purchase. My Viking apron is simply gorgeous.
It arrived so quickly and I love it. It's sturdy, soft, and fits my measurements well. I even love the linen smell! Now I just need to buy some turtle brooches...
