How to measure yourself - Hands measurements

Please provide in inches or in metric system for your choice.

1. Hand circumference - circumference around wider part of your hand, typically where your knuckles are;
2. Hand lenght - length from the tip of the middle finger to the bottom of the hand (to the wrist);
3. Wrist circumference - wrist circumference in wider point;
4. Forearm lenght on the inner side (надо дорисовать предплечье);
   
5. Forearm lenght along the outside;
6. Forearm circumference - forearm circumference in wider point.

Please, taking measurements for the armor piece, wear the padding clothes!
