It is important to mention that it features unusual pile alignment - it goes along the sidewise weft thread. As lots of velvets have their pile vertically aligned to the warp threads, that might influence the appearance of the final product you are making, so please keep this peculiarity in mind when transferring the pattern to the fabric.
