These shoulders are a part of our popular “Shieldmaiden” armour collection. They have been assembled with careful consideration using quality materials by our best craftspeople. Designed with a Viking aesthetic in mind, these shoulders put a functional fantasy twist on traditional Viking armour and propose something that may not have existed, but could have! They are rugged yet refined, making them the perfect addition to the kit of any fierce shieldmaiden looking for something beautiful and dangerous.

These shoulders are light and robust, so they will offer you a decent amount of protection while allowing you to remain agile. They are 100% leather with no metal being used to hold them together. Instead we have used strong leather thonging and artificial sinew to create a piece that is masterfully put together. The shape of the pauldrons contours to the shape of your shoulder, creating a slim profile that doesn’t appear bulky at all.

The most magnificent part of these beautiful pauldrons is the decorative embossing. This ArmStreet exclusive pattern was created by our talented designers and carefully transferred over to this armour to give it great visual impact. You will find a viking knot work motif along the tap as well as a wolf design along the bottom.
