I bought these finger-buckler as a prop for a LARP. They are very well made and an excellent compliment to any armor, A beautiful piece of work.

Once again, Armstreet has proven to be wonderful to work with. I asked if it was possible to make a small custom modification to the rondelle plates to turn them into besegews and they were incredibly obliging. I'm very happy with them. Thank you!

Love the work on the knuckle guard roundels. The strap is a bit long, but I can fix that easily.

I got these finger-buckler with engraving on the brass only. They are a nice compliment to my Wisby gauntlets, and are a perfect tie-in for my Templar portrayal. Very well constructed, nicely done!

Are these sold as a set, i.e. one for each hand?

Could these Rondelle plates be re-purposed as besagews to go with the Kings Guard Pauldrons?

ArmStreet team

The rondelles can be used as besegews for the King`s Guard Pauldrons, if you hang them with the leather strap.

Hello again. I wanted to ask a couple of clarifying questions. You say it is possible to have custom etchings, is that just for the center or is that include the phrase on the brass edge? Would it possible to have the etching on the center to be able to match the etching on the "Prince of the East" turban helm etching? How much would it be to change brass etching to say "Si hoc legere scis nimium festinat" and the steel etching be the "Prince of the East" turban helm etching?

ArmStreet team

Both modifications are possible, such upgrade will cost $90 extra. Please note, the inscription can be applied only in the same font as the original inscription.

Is it possible to purchase this with different text and different pattern for the center decoration?

ArmStreet team

Yes, custom etching is possible, please send the illustration at contact@armstreet.com. Price depends on the complexity of the ornament/ lettering style and its size or length of the inscription.

(1) Is there a discount for ordering without any embellishments, just the bare steel with rolled edges? (2) Is it possible to skip the center decoration and treatments? (3) Is it possible to skip the brass border? (4) Is it possible to provide a different border inscription?

ArmStreet team

Can be made without etching and brass border, you'll save $10.

Are you able to make a pair with only engravings in the brass accent and the steel part plain?

ArmStreet team

Of course, just add a comment to your order.

I would really like to see the historical reference that you found for this use of this piece of armor to protect the hands. Everything I have found for the use of the rondelle is for the protection of the armpits. I think it is a good idea for the hands and would like to see the provenance for it's use there. Thank you! ~Dr. Ben
