Is it possible to order this with the Medieval Armor Belt with Oval Accents so that the frog specifically fits on this belt?
This frog can not be made to fit the belt with oval accents, sorry. It should be complemented by the frog with oval accents.
Can your Medieval leather frog with casting be made from other leather colors, say dark brown?

Yes, most of the belts can be made in black.
Are the belt loops large enough to accomidate a 2 inch belt?
The frog fits well the belts 1 1/2" - 1 3/4" (3.8-4 cm) wide.
