Your clothing should be warm enough to stand against the Old Norse weather while still being reliable and durable to be used with armour in combats. There is no time for the elaborate design or fitting – a wide tunic of a simple shape with long sleeves is definitely much easier to sew and doesn't restrain your movements. But let's imagine, as we often do in ArmStreet, what if the schedule has no raids planned and you have enough time to promenade along the streets of your settlement. How to turn your common garment into something fancy but still looking appropriate for the time and place? Hey, here is a belt to make your tunic look more like a dress or ceremonial attire. Just two wraps around your waistline and a knot, that's what it takes. Wear it as a belt to make your traditional T-shaped tunic fit better or use it as the most beautiful rope in the whole raid – it's up to you.

Since the appearance of the first viking-themed items in our medieval shop, it was all about the details and neat nuances. Not only is this belt itself a detail of the larger scale – of your Viking character outfit – but also it contains tiny hidden gems. Such as motifs of the unique trim that are based on historical findings from the Viking Era. Or such as a jute cord aligned next to the trim to add more depth and visual contrast for almost unobservable highlights. Based on the stripe of the natural flax linen, this belt features natural cotton mouline thread used for the fringe. We've added lots of colour options to satisfy even very demanding vikings and shieldmaidens. The belt is long enough to be wrapped twice around your waist.
