The carry system is awesome. I am a large person at 250 lb (114 kg) and 6'4" (193cm). I adjusted the setup to get the mask (most of the weight) to ride at my waist and lowered the sword bag in relation to the larger compartment for ease of movement and better balance. Do note that these adjustments were to accommodate my height. As received, the bag was a bit top heavy on me. This is my normal transport system for gear to practice on a frequent basis. The construction of the gear is flawless from what I have observed. Blade bag can handle several sword trainers, and the larger gear bag is large enough to carry two sets gloves, 2 plastron, one jacket, pants, mask and 2 gorget. Well worth the price. Commissioned quickly and shipped promptly. 10/10.

The 125 cm sword bag is perfect for my 50" horse bow. There's plenty of room for a quiver with arrows, water bottle and spare clothes. On the days when I go to the archery range straight from work, I attach my laptop between two sets of hook & loop fastenings with an extra strap and it stays put very nicely. The backpack strap system is clearly designed for a bigger person than me (162 cm tall, hipbone circumference 87 cm) but it's still ok for me. The hip belt is fine, I could tighten it a few cm more if I wanted to, but the shoulder straps are a tiny bit long even when tightened to the max. But since I'm not carrying any heavy gear, it's ok even if the fit is not perfect. For anyone shorter than me, though, the length of the shoulder straps might be a problem. The "stitching" is simple but a bit tedious, so I don't see myself taking the system apart and changing it very often. Now that I have the sword bag at a good height - i.e. as high as possible, so that it sits comfortably when riding a bike and doesn't bang the back of my head all the time :) - I think I'll just keep it that way.

the bag fits my mask, jacket, shoes, shins, knees, forearms, elbows, 3x pairs of gloves (light, med, heavy), buckler, and gorget with a little space to spare for a small towel and tape and such. Sword bag has managed 2x longswords, rapier, saber, messer, arming sword, side sword, and dagger all in one go but some swords needed strapped on the outside. whole pack takes a lot of tetris, but Id say the ease of carrying once you've worked that out makes it worth it esp if you don't usually need to take more than a few weapons. gets a bit tough with multiple complex hilts though. I prefer to keep the sword bag separate from the backpack straps.
