Bazubands are primarily Eastern armor, so for those building a European armor kit, we have an obvious option of lower cannons with detachable elbow cops.

However, bazubands are widely regarded as a functional and straightforward piece of practical kit in SCA heavy, live steel swordplay, etc. So, we decided that offering this option makes sense. This set, as well as its brother “Sellsword”, is made with the perspective of creating a simple and functional armor kit that could be a foundation of SCA heavy armor, WMA livesteel swordplay, or HEMA Harnischfechten.

So, if you’re looking for an uncomplicated and practical solution for your kit, these armguards could be a reasonable option, made of tempered spring steel and available in mirror and satin polish.
