This helmet is a part of our “Prince of the East” kit. Classic middle-east “turban” shape is unusual and gives great authentic look. Material is 14 ga stainless steel. Helmet is decorated with period style etching and brass accents.
Mild (cold-rolled) steel version available upon request, stainless steel is recommended.

If I didn't want the etching and chainmaille (have my own) but still wanted sca protection, what would the price be?

Thank you for answering my question so promptly. I have two more questions. Do you know the height from brow to point and with aventail do you know the wieght. i am very much in love with this piece of art.
The helmet is about 12" (30 cm) height, 9.92 lb (4.5 kg).
Is the engraving a template or can you do a custom request for persian helm.
Technically can be made with custom etching if you provide some pictures of the pattern, and ready to pay extra for the new design. Unique etching is not an easy thing, since we hire a designer to work on patterns, and then cut out a set of new stencils with a laser. Price on custom etching depends on the complexity of the pattern.
This helm is fantastic. does it have a grill underneath the aventail? Looks like it would meet sca minimum requirements. Thank you
This helm has internal mask for additional protection, SCA-grade hidden protection can be made upon request. I'm not sure about the spike, but we can remove it if needed.

Technically this is doable, but only for show, LARP and so on.
