High in the mountains by the edge of the village, the vast yard blends into the dark forest, hiding a dark wooden house with a wide chimney and windows always shut. Here lives a redhead lady with an enormous black cat. Her patch has the most beautiful, bright orange pumpkins of perfect shape and size. And the closer All Saints' Day, the more tempting it is for kids to get one of those.

Oh, thou shalt not pass the patch on the eve of the darkest night, sweet child! Though the dame is really so nice and friendly, her pumpkin porridge and goodies are fabulously delicious, will there be enough time for you to get back home along the breadcrumb trail? Because when darkness falls on the mountain farm, pumpkin lanterns will shine on the fence. Dark forces will take over the night space, and the friendly dame will turn into a powerful witch!

This pretty and joyful witch's dress features puffed sleeves shaped as pumpkins. Those masterpieces of textile architecture are attached to the boned kirtle-style dress with laces, where the middle velvet ones mimic the green stem and have a wire inside to keep a spiral shape. The other two laces are made of linen and match the color of the dress, blending nicely. The inner structure of the pumpkins combines various materials, techniques, and several weeks of our development department's brainstorming, all to provide a long-lasting shape.

The overall silhouette of the dress is based on the Central European kirtle pattern and will look familiar to our customers thanks to the German Rose series: inner plastic boning and back lacing for the best fit, a long, ample linen skirt, and unique pumpkin trim developed in-house. The dress is lined with fine black calico on the sleeves and bodice.

Please note that, to preserve the sleeves' shape and the inner corset bones, we recommend dry cleaning for this item.
