This one is a part of our "Fireside Family" casual medieval collection and has all signs of early medieval period garbs. It features a simple and geometric silhouette, a little bit wider than expected skirt, simple round neckline and trim bordering. This general-purpose medieval garb will be a great foundation for your own creativity and character. The unique but quite simple trim will play well for both neat lower class costumes and upper-class casual wardrobe part. Our high-quality flax linen with several new options will give you the flexibility of color schemes. A wide neckline will work great with the matching undertunic while still not limiting your single overdress hot summer garb options.
This T-shaped, flattering and flowy tunic with short sleeves softly running into the neckline shows the connection of early medieval European costume and Roman empire style, ringing a bell to those familiar with Roman "peplos" tunic.

I got the green tunic dress with the matching belt. I was excited to be able to order this tunic ready-made, as my problem is usually that my shoulders and arms are too big for "standard" sizes with materials that don't stretch. With this tunic dress, the only measurement that really matters is the bust. I'm 5'8", and the size 12 is an inch or two from the ground. It lets a little of my underdress peek out at the bottom, but that's fine with me. As always with Armstreet, the workmanship is excellent, and it washed perfectly, with no color bleeding or shrinking (I put linen items in the dryer for about 15 minutes before hanging them to dry the rest of the way to help with the wrinkles).
Love this! it fits perfectly (although a bit long for my 5'3" self - but I knew that before I ordered) and looks so nice!! Great quality and arrived quickly, too.
I love my new garb! My only question is…it was supposed to have the blue trim on the brown linen but it has the black trim. I wondered if you might be out of the blue? The colour pops more with the blue.
