Rieneck Cuisses with Knees

Upper leg combat armor, late 14th c.

This armor is both historically accurate and good for sport usage. It is well-known among medieval enthusiasts and the most known reference relates to Gerhard von Rieneck grave (circa 1382). Our late XIV century harness is relatively simple that makes it reliable and practical. Another important feature of this armor kit is the fact that it might be disassembled, so each piece can be used separately. Cops and cuisses are decorated with leather bordering. Fan plates has smooth lines and rounded edges to match historical medieval battle and SCA safety standards.

Optionally the armor is available in mild steel.
