Plastic HEMA Armguards “Futura Long”

These plastic arm guards are a part of our effort to bring new technologies and materials into the world of HEMA. They're a longer version of our standard “Futura” and “Futura black” arm guards, with one additional element that creates overlap between the arm guard and the elbow.

The choice between these and the standard version depends on two factors: your forearm length and your preferences, meaning how far from the wrist you like your armguards. Some fencers have issues with armguards being too long and not leaving enough space around their wrists; others want them longer. We are happy to offer both options.

Overall, these bracers have several important (and unique) features: they are full-round, covering your forearm no matter what. They have a system of rubber bands hidden under plastic, so you don’t get annoying straps and have armor that “breathes” with your muscle, preventing any discomfort. They also take seconds to put on and take off, or you can just keep them on your jacket.
