The Errant Squire isn’t just any other squire – he happens to be his knight’s favorite. The Errant Squire Enclosed Arm Harness may be considered “basic” by our standards, but it’s anything but ordinary! This is a complete arm harness that comes fully riveted together and ready to wear, including a tab at the top of the rerebrace for lacing it to your arming garment of choice. All of the lames on this harness are perfectly articulated and attached with solid brass rivets, allowing them to be secure and durable whilst also looking fantastic. The brass against the stainless steel is truly a stunning look. We have also learned from our past designs and reinforced the hinges on this harness, making them extra sturdy and capable of taking a beating.

With fully enclosed bracers AND rerebraces, it’s going to be difficult for your enemy to find an easily accessible, vulnerable spot to exploit! This is perhaps the most coverage we have ever managed to create in an arm harness, while also being one of our most flexible pieces to date. This is because we’ve added articulated lames on the inside of the elbow, allowing a much better range of movement than you would usually find from an enclosed arm harness. The fans on the elbows are intelligently shaped to protect as much of your inner arms as possible without being too huge, and the added articulation ensures that you can go into high guard in a fight, throw tomatoes, dance, wash the dishes… do anything you want, basically!

Primarily stainless steel construction means that not only is this harness tougher than mild steel, but it’s also rust-resistant. Don’t be scared to fight hard and sweat, just give them a wipe down with a dry cloth after use and you should be good to go. Stainless steel also has a bright, lustrous tone, and stays beautiful and shiny even after years of use. Although we consider this to be one of our more “basic” options, without ornate etching or fancy features, we have still maintained the same excellent attention to detail that we would have put into one of our more luxurious items. Premium materials are used such as strong leather straps as well as hand cast medieval buckles, which are built to last and visually stunning. We have topped the whole look off with a variety of attractive bands of roping that make this harness undeniably stand out from the crowd.
